Chevy Martin

Chevy Martin is a pseudo for singer/songwriter Martin B. Scheffer, who started his musical carrier as a singer/guitar player in various Dutch bands in the late 70ths. Beginning of the 80ths he started his own MBS recording studio in Santpoort (near Amsterdam). In 2001 he started to work together with producer Cees Jansen of Ryder Music what firstly resulted in a series of three albums in the World Music genre  : Impressions of : Africa, Asia and The Andes. The latest double album ‘ Planet Chill ‘released by Smith & Co. Sound and Vision (Rough trade) in Benelux, G.A.S., England, Spain, Scandinavia, India, Turkey and Far East.
